We went there the other day right as it opened. The waitress and cook were only ones working. The credit card machine was down. The woman had a baby with her, which is fine, BUT she changed the babies diaper within view of us eating on the counter where people pay. She washed her hands after, but I don’t understand why she did not do this elsewhere. She did not wipe down counter when she was done. I had a fly in my soda. That’s fine, I get it, it’s fly season. But I was still charged $2.99 for my soda. And she only dumped it out, did not give me a new glass. She was very nice, and the food was good. I tipped her 20% even with those issues. But as I’m sitting here thinking about it, I am so grossed out I had to write a review.

Excellent buffet,so many items I could not try them all. The eggplant was one of the best I've ever had. The price is more than fair, I was going to eat at Boston Market down the road but thought I would try this place. Very glad I did! Julia my waitress was excellent and very pleasant and the owner told me to enjoy,he is clearly proud of his food. If you are in West Chester definitely eat here!

Their buffet was phenomenal. A great lunch was had by all in our group and we really enjoyed ourselves. There wasn’t a single bad item on the plate. Also some great pizza too.

Amazing lunch buffet, even had smoked salmon. Not too expensive either. Every dish was well-prepared, can't ask for anything more.

I called twice, the first time asking what time they would be open until and the second to make a reservation at 7:30 for 6 for my dad's birthday. The lady made it very clear that my reservation was confirmed AND said she was very excited to see us. I was also given a text confirmation. My family drove to the restaurant to find it dark and closed. I called and no answer. I am floored I was never called and told that they were closing. We got all dressed up and ready. No matter how good the food may be, I will never go here because of the way they treat their costumers. Not to mention my parents tried to go here years ago and left because they weren't greeted for 45 minutes. A restaurant is only as good as it's service.
